More Customizable Chat Tool

Switched from Intercom after trying Drift, and the chat customization felt way more intuitive here. Compared to HubSpot's chat, Drift’s targeting options won me over, though I wish the reporting was a bit deeper.

Great for team chats

Our team of about 12 started using Drift last quarter to manage client chats and it really helped keep conversations organized. Getting everyone on board was a bit slow at first, especially because some folks preferred email, but after a couple weeks most of us were comfortable switching over. Collaboration's improved since we can tag teammates easily and see chat histories all in one place.

Streamlined customer support fast

Our customer support team was drowning in slow response times and lost chats during busy hours.
