Decent but needs polish

Started using this about 3 years ago and while it's gotten some nice features, the interface can still be confusing at times. Support is hit or miss, which can be frustrating when you're on a tight schedule.

Great for team email work

Our team of about 12 people started using Drip to manage email campaigns and the onboarding process. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks since some were hesitant to switch from our old system, but once they saw how easy the interface was, adoption really picked up. Collaboration improved because we could share templates and track campaign results in one place without endless email threads. The only downside is that the reporting dashboard could be a bit more customizable for our more detailed needs.

Smooth adoption for team use

Our team of 8 started using Drip to manage our email campaigns and getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected. The interface is pretty intuitive, so even those not super tech-savvy picked it up quickly, which helped with collaboration across marketing and sales. Only downside is sometimes the automation setup can be a bit confusing at first.

Used to be better

Started using this about 4 years ago and honestly, it’s way worse now than it was at the start. Features keep getting stripped away, and support takes forever to respond. Kinda feel like they stopped caring after a while, which is pretty frustrating since I invested so much time into it.

Smoother than Mailchimp

Switched from Mailchimp after getting frustrated with its clunky automations. Drip feels way smoother and the tagging system is way more intuitive, which really helped with segmenting my audience. It’s not perfect—sometimes the reporting lags a bit—but overall it’s been a solid upgrade for managing my campaigns.

Great automation, weak reporting

The email automation feature is exactly what we needed to save time, and it’s pretty straightforward to set up. However, the reporting dashboard feels a bit clunky and doesn’t give me all the insights I was hoping for—definitely needs some improvement there.

Easy and reliable tool

Drip's pretty solid for what I need. Setting up automated emails was super straightforward, and the analytics give me just enough info without being overwhelming. Could use a bit more customization, but overall it’s been reliable.

Decent but could improve

Used Drip for a couple months and it’s alright. The interface is pretty straightforward, which I liked, but sometimes it felt a bit clunky when I was trying to set up automation. It’s not bad for small projects but kinda misses some features I was hoping for. Overall, I’d say it does the job but nothing to get super excited about.

Solid but could improve

Drip’s pretty solid for keeping my email game tight, easy to set up and doesn’t overcomplicate stuff. Wish the automation options were a bit more flexible though.

Smooth but a bit clunky

Drip's pretty slick for managing email campaigns, makes things way easier than I expected. Wish the interface was a bit less clunky sometimes though.
