Smooth and intuitive workspace
Switched from Microsoft 365 after getting frustrated with its clunky interface, and honestly, Google Workspace felt way more intuitive right off the bat. I also gave Zoho a shot, but found their collaboration features a bit limited compared to Google’s seamless real-time editing and easy file sharing. Google Docs collaboration is decent but honestly, Google Meet is a mess. Calls drop randomly and the audio quality is often terrible, which makes meetings frustrating. Docs works fine for simple stuff but nothing impressive to justify the price here.
