Getting everyone on board was easier than expected since the interface is straightforward, and it helped improve communication between HR and the rest of us. That said, the software still has glitches with payroll tax calculations that caused delays and errors, and their customer support wasn’t very helpful when I tried to sort it out. So while it solved part of the problem, it didn’t fully take the headache away.
