Our team of about 15 shifted to Zenefits for managing benefits and payroll, and it definitely smoothed out a lot of the confusion we had before. Getting everyone on board was easier than expected since the interface is straightforward, and it helped improve communication between HR and the rest of us. The only hiccup was a small learning curve with some of the reporting features, but overall it made collaboration on admin tasks less of a headache.
