More trouble than it's worth

Honestly, this thing just made my life more complicated. Passwords kept not syncing right and the app felt clunky most of the time. Definitely expected better for what I paid.

Gets the job done, kinda slow

The app works fine for storing passwords but sometimes it feels a bit clunky and slow to sync. I like how it autofills pretty well tho, so it does save me some hassle. Not sure if I’d pay for it again but it’s decent overall.

Clean, reliable, worth the cost

I switched from LastPass a while back because 1Password felt way more intuitive and less clunky when managing multiple vaults, especially for family use. I also gave Bitwarden a shot, but found 1Password’s interface cleaner and the browser extensions more reliable in my day-to-day workflow. The only downside is the price, which is a bit higher than some alternatives, but the overall experience has been solid enough to keep me here.

Good security, mixed adoption

Our team of about 12 started using 1Password after management decided to switch from shared spreadsheets for passwords. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a struggle since some folks found the setup confusing and complained about the extra steps for logging in. Collaboration on shared vaults works okay, but sometimes people accidentally save credentials in personal vaults, which causes confusion. Overall, it helped improve security, but the user experience could be smoother for less tech-savvy team members.

Smooth team password sharing

Our team of about 12 switched to 1Password last year, and once everyone got the hang of it, sharing logins became way smoother. It took a little nudging from management, but now it's pretty much the go-to for password sharing and storage during projects.

Great for team password sharing

Our team of about 15 switched to 1Password last year, and getting everyone to actually use it took some nudging, but now it’s become our go-to for sharing login info securely. The shared vaults make collaboration smoother, especially when onboarding new folks. Still, the mobile app could be a bit more intuitive.

Worth the cost for security

I find 1Password a bit pricey compared to some alternatives, but the time it saves managing passwords makes it worth the cost for me. The seamless syncing across devices and strong security features give me peace of mind, which feels like a solid return on investment. For anyone juggling multiple accounts, it’s a reliable tool that’s worth the spend.

Finally stopped password headaches

I used to constantly forget passwords for various work tools, which slowed me down a lot. 1Password made it super easy to store and autofill everything without me having to remember a single one. The only hiccup is that occasionally the app takes a bit longer to sync across devices, but overall it saved me tons of frustration.

Smooth team password sharing

Our team of about 10 switched to 1Password last quarter, and once everyone got used to it, sharing passwords securely became way easier. Getting the whole team on board was a bit of a hassle at first, but the manager pushing it helped speed things up.
