Solid but a bit pricey

I tried LastPass and Bitwarden before settling on 1Password, mainly because I liked its interface and the way it handles secure notes. That said, syncing across devices sometimes feels slower compared to Bitwarden, and the price is a bit steeper than I expected. Overall, it does the job well but not without a few quirks.

Great for team password sharing

Our team of about 10 switched to 1Password last year, and after a bit of initial push to get everyone comfortable, it’s made sharing credentials way less of a headache. Collaboration on shared logins is smooth, though some folks still find the setup a little fiddly at first.

Finally cracked password chaos

I used to forget or mix up passwords all the time, especially with so many work and personal accounts to manage. 1Password made it so much easier to generate strong passwords and automatically fill them in without me having to remember a thing. The app’s browser integration saved me countless headaches during a busy project when I needed quick access to multiple accounts. It’s not perfect—sometimes the autofill can be a bit slow—but overall it fixed a huge daily hassle for me.

Worth the cost for peace of mind

I found 1Password to be a solid investment for managing passwords, especially with its family plan pricing which feels fair for the amount of security and convenience it provides. While it’s a bit on the pricier side compared to some free options, the time it saves me from password resets and the peace of mind it offers make it worth it. For small teams or families, it definitely pays for itself by avoiding potential security headaches down the line. The interface is user-friendly, which helps justify the cost in my book.

Reliable and improving over time

Started using this about 5 years ago and it’s definitely come a long way since then. The interface feels smoother now and syncing across devices works way better than before, though sometimes the app still feels a bit slow to launch. Overall, it’s been a solid tool that just keeps getting more reliable over time.

Great generator, flaky autofill

The password generator in 1Password is super handy and always comes through with strong, unique passwords, which I really appreciate. However, the autofill feature can be kinda frustrating since it doesn't always work smoothly on some of the sites I visit, forcing me to enter stuff manually more often than I'd like. Also, syncing across devices is okay but sometimes feels slow or out of sync, which can be a pain when I need quick access. Overall, it’s reliable enough but definitely has room for improvement.

Solid Password Manager

Been using 1Password for a bit and honestly, it makes managing passwords way less annoying. The autofill feature works smoothly most of the time, which saves me a bunch of hassle. Only thing is sometimes it takes a sec to sync across devices, but nothing major.

Decent but mixed team adoption

Our team of about 12 started using 1Password because our manager insisted on a more secure way to share credentials. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a struggle—some found the interface confusing, and not everyone updated their vaults regularly, which made collaboration spotty. It works well for basic password sharing, but the learning curve slowed down adoption, especially for less tech-savvy colleagues. Overall, it’s helpful but hasn’t fully streamlined our workflow like we hoped.

Solid but pricey choice

I switched to 1Password after trying LastPass and Bitwarden, mainly because I heard good things about its security features. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which I appreciated compared to LastPass’s cluttered feel. However, I found 1Password’s subscription price a bit steep for what I use it for, especially since Bitwarden offers a solid free tier. Overall, it does the job well, but I’m not sure it’s worth the extra cost unless you really need its advanced features.

Helped with password overload

I was constantly forgetting complex passwords for different work accounts and kept resetting them, which slowed me down a lot. Using 1Password helped me store and autofill these passwords easily, saving time every day. That said, the app sometimes feels clunky on mobile and syncing can be slow, which gets frustrating.
