Inventory syncing helped, but buggy
We were drowning in managing inventory across multiple sales channels and 3dcart helped sync some of that mess up so we didn’t oversell as much. It was a relief to finally get some automatic stock updates without having to manually adjust everything. That said, the interface was clunky and some features were buggy, which slowed us down more than we expected. It solved part of the problem but definitely not the whole picture, which was frustrating.
