Great for project organizing

Mixed setup experience

Getting started with Airtable was a bit of a mixed bag. Great for team organization

Our team of about 10 started using Airtable a few months ago to keep track of project deadlines and client feedback. Getting everyone on board took a bit of time since some folks were used to simpler tools, but once the initial setup was done, collaboration became a lot smoother. The ability to customize views and link records really helped us stay organized without drowning in spreadsheets. The only downside is that sometimes the interface feels a bit overwhelming when you're trying to find specific data quickly.

Not worth the cost

Good value for small teams

For what it offers, Airtable is definitely worth the money, especially if you’re managing projects with a small team. The pricing isn’t the cheapest out there, but the flexibility and ease of use mean I actually save time, which feels like a solid return on investment. Sometimes the cost can add up if you need advanced features or more storage, but for basic to mid-level use, it’s a great value. I did wish the mobile app was a bit smoother, but overall it’s a tool that pays for itself in my workflow.
