Difficult to Adopt and Use

Our team of eight was pushed to switch over to Xero by management last quarter, and honestly, getting everyone on board was tougher than expected. The interface felt confusing for some, especially when it came to tracking invoices and reconciling accounts, which slowed down our usual workflow. Collaboration suffered a bit because not all features synced smoothly between departments, leading to a lot of back-and-forth emails. Overall, it felt like we spent more time troubleshooting than actually using the tool effectively.

Reliable and improving steadily

Started using this about 5 years ago, and it's definitely gotten smoother and more intuitive over time. Good value for the price

Worth the extra cost

Smooth and straightforward setup

Clean and User-Friendly Accounting

Switched from QuickBooks to Xero because the interface felt way more straightforward and less cluttered. Compared it to Wave as well, but Xero’s bank reconciliation tools just made my life easier. The only thing is sometimes it glitches when importing large files, but overall it’s been solid for managing my small biz finances.
