The system's okay, does most of what I need but sometimes feels a bit clunky and slow. Dashboard layout isn’t the most intuitive, so it takes a minute to find what I’m looking for. We switched to BambooHR after using Gusto and Zoho People, hoping for a smoother experience. Unfortunately, BambooHR’s interface felt clunky and less intuitive, especially when managing time-off requests. Gusto’s payroll integration was much simpler, and Zoho People offered more customization options, so I probably wouldn’t recommend BambooHR if you want something straightforward.
