Difficult to Adopt and Use
Our team of eight was pushed to switch over to Xero by management last quarter, and honestly, getting everyone on board was tougher than expected. The interface felt confusing for some, especially when it came to tracking invoices and reconciling accounts, which slowed down our usual workflow. Collaboration suffered a bit because not all features synced smoothly between departments, leading to a lot of back-and-forth emails.
