Cleaner and easier to use
Switched from QuickBooks after struggling with its cluttered interface, and Xero felt a lot cleaner and easier to navigate. I also checked out Wave, but Xero's bank reconciliation features just made it a smoother daily process for me.

Smooth team transition overall
Our team of six switched over last quarter, and while getting everyone up to speed took some time, the collaboration around invoices and expenses has definitely improved. The boss pushed for it, and now it’s much easier to keep track of who’s done what without constant back-and-forth emails.

Simple, reliable accounting tool
I initially tried QuickBooks and FreshBooks, but Xero stood out because of its clean interface and smoother bank reconciliation process. The mobile app is surprisingly reliable, which makes managing invoices on the go much easier for me. I did notice that the reporting features aren't as customizable as I hoped, but overall it handles everything my small business needs without feeling overwhelming.

Saved me hours weekly
Had a real headache tracking expenses for multiple projects until we switched to Xero. Now the automatic bank feeds and easy invoicing save me hours every week, though sometimes syncing takes a bit longer than I'd like.

Good for team collaboration
Our team of eight switched over to Xero about six months ago, mostly because our manager pushed for something simpler than our old system. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a challenge at first since some folks are not super tech-savvy, but once the basics clicked, collaboration on invoices and expense tracking became way smoother. I like how we can all jump in and update stuff in real-time without waiting on one person. The one thing that bugs me is sometimes the mobile app lags, which can be annoying when you're on the go.

Smooth team adoption overall
Our team of about 8 started using Xero last year for managing invoices and expenses, and honestly, getting everyone on board wasn’t too painful. The boss pushed for it, so most of us just adapted quickly, and now it actually helps us stay on the same page when collaborating on budgets. A couple of people still find the reporting a bit clunky, but overall it’s made our workflow smoother.

Smooth team adoption overall
Our team of six quickly adapted to Xero for managing invoices and expenses, and collaboration improved since everyone can see updates in real-time. Getting the whole group on board wasn't too tough because the interface is pretty intuitive, though some features took a bit to figure out.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting started with Xero was pretty straightforward—I had everything set up within a couple of hours without much hassle. The onboarding guides were clear and helped me understand the basics quickly, though I did have to spend a bit of time figuring out some of the more advanced features. Overall, it was an easy setup that didn’t leave me frustrated.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting started with Xero was way easier than I expected. The setup didn’t take long at all, and the onboarding guides were actually helpful without being overwhelming. It took me a bit to get used to some features, but overall the learning curve was pretty smooth.

Smooth team transition to Xero
Our team of eight switched to Xero about six months ago after the boss pushed for a more streamlined accounting tool. Getting everyone on board was smoother than expected since the interface is pretty intuitive, and the real-time collaboration features helped reduce our back-and-forth emails. It’s been great having all financial data accessible in one place, especially when multiple people need to work on budgets or expense reports simultaneously. The only hiccup has been occasional syncing issues with some bank feeds, but overall it’s made our workflow more transparent and efficient.
