Solid for invoicing stuff

Xero's been a solid helper for keeping my invoices and expenses in check, just wish the mobile app was a bit smoother tho.

Solid and Improving Over Time

Been with Xero for over five years now, and it’s definitely improved a lot—especially the reporting features. It’s reliable for day-to-day accounting, though sometimes the interface can feel a bit cluttered.

Simplified expense tracking

Helped with expenses, but flawed

We were drowning in messy expense tracking and needed something to keep everything clear for tax time. Xero helped by automatically importing bank transactions, which saved a lot of manual work. That said, it kept messing up some categories and the customer support was slow to respond, so I still had to spend hours fixing errors.

Good value for the cost

The pricing feels fair for what you get, especially since it saves me a lot of time on bookkeeping. It might seem a bit much upfront, but the return on investment has been clear in less stress and fewer errors.

Reliable and Improving Over Time

Started using Xero about five years ago for my small business, and I’ve seen it improve steadily since then. The interface has become much more intuitive, and their bank reconciliation process is smoother than when I first signed up. I especially appreciate the increased automation features that save me time on routine tasks. Still, sometimes the reporting tools feel a bit limited if you need highly customized reports.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting everything set up was surprisingly smooth and the onboarding guides really helped me figure things out quickly. It took me a couple of hours to get comfortable, but once I did, the learning curve felt manageable.

Invoices finally manageable

Trying to keep track of multiple client invoices was a nightmare until Xero helped me organize them all in one place. It cut down my manual work a lot, but sometimes the bank feed gets delayed which throws off my day.

Better for multi-currency needs

Switched from QuickBooks and FreshBooks because Xero’s interface felt cleaner and it handled multi-currency way better for my small biz. The bank feeds sometimes take a bit longer to update though, which can be annoying.
