Powerful reporting and inventory tools

The reporting feature in NetSuite is exactly what we needed to get clear insights into our financial health without digging through tons of spreadsheets. Setting up custom dashboards was surprisingly straightforward, which saved me a lot of time every week. The inventory management is solid too, though sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky when updating stock levels quickly. Overall, these tools have really streamlined how we track our operations.

More hassle than help

Honestly, using NetSuite has been more frustrating than helpful. The interface feels clunky and it’s a pain to get simple stuff done without digging through tons of menus. Was hoping for an easier setup, but ended up wasting more time than anything else.

Reliable but can be clunky

Started using NetSuite about 5 years ago and they've definitely improved the interface and reporting features since then. Still a solid choice for managing everything, though sometimes it feels a bit clunky when customizing reports.

Worth the upfront cost

NetSuite might seem a bit pricey upfront, but from what I've seen, it really pays for itself when you consider the efficiency gains and reduced manual work. Our team was able to consolidate several systems into one, which saved us both time and money in the long run. The ROI became clear within just a few months, especially with how much easier reporting and inventory management became. For the scale we're at, it feels like great value and a smart investment.

Improved Team Workflow

Our team of about 15 shifted to NetSuite last year to handle everything from inventory to invoicing. Getting everyone on board took a few weeks because some folks were used to the old system, but once we settled in, collaboration across departments really improved. The dashboard makes it easy to see what others are working on, which reduced a lot of back-and-forth emails. Overall, it’s streamlined a lot of our processes, though the initial learning curve was a bit steep.

Inventory and Reporting Shine

The inventory management feature is exactly what we needed to keep track of our stock in real-time, which has saved us a ton of headaches. I also really like the reporting tools—they're flexible and give us the insights we want without too much fuss. The only downside is that the user interface can be a bit clunky sometimes, which slows down daily tasks more than it should. Overall, it's a solid system that fits well with our business processes.

Worth the investment

NetSuite is definitely an investment, but in my experience, it’s worth it. The pricing can feel steep at first, especially for smaller teams, but the improvements in workflow and reporting pay off in the long run. It’s saved us time and helped avoid costly errors, so the ROI is clear on our end.

Solid for business needs

Been using NetSuite for a bit and it mostly handles all my business stuff without a hitch. Took a little time to get the hang of some features, but once you're set up it’s smooth sailing.
