Good value for small teams

The pricing for Asana feels fair, especially when you consider how much time it saves our team coordinating tasks. For a small team, it really stretches your budget without skimping on features, which makes it a solid investment. It might seem a bit pricey upfront, but the boost in productivity has definitely paid off for us. Overall, great value for the cost if you actually use the platform consistently.

Solid tool that keeps improving

Started using Asana about five years ago, and it’s definitely gotten smoother and more intuitive with each update. The interface feels less clunky than it used to, and the new integration options have made managing projects with my team a lot easier. Still, sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming with all the features packed in.

Too cluttered and frustrating

I tried Trello and Monday.com before giving Asana a shot, but honestly, I found Asana way more frustrating to use. The interface feels cluttered and unintuitive, which slowed down my workflow instead of helping it. Trello’s simple card system made organizing tasks easier, and Monday.com offered better customization without the constant clutter. If you want something straightforward and less overwhelming, those might be better options than Asana.

Solid for team tasks

I use Asana for keeping track of my team’s tasks and it really helps me stay on top of stuff, tho sometimes the notifications get a bit much. Overall, it’s solid and easy enough to figure out without a ton of fuss.

Great task management tools

The task dependencies feature really helps keep our projects on track and avoids confusion about what needs to happen next. I also appreciate the timeline view for getting a clear picture of deadlines, though sometimes it feels a bit clunky when juggling multiple projects at once.

Great value for small teams

For what I pay each month, Asana really helps keep my projects organized without feeling overwhelmed. It might be a bit on the pricey side for solo users, but for small teams like mine, the features and time saved make it worth the investment. Definitely noticed a better workflow that’s hard to put a price on.

Clean and functional project tool

I switched from Trello and ClickUp after a few months of trying both, and Asana struck the best balance for my team. Trello felt too simplistic for our needs, and ClickUp has a steep learning curve that slowed us down. Asana's interface is clean, and I love how easy it is to set dependencies between tasks without jumping through hoops. It’s not perfect—sometimes notifications can get overwhelming—but overall, it keeps our projects organized without adding extra headaches.

Smooth and quick setup

Setup was super straightforward and I had things organized within an hour. The onboarding helped a lot, though I did have to play around a bit to get used to some of the features.

Great timeline and collaboration

The timeline feature in Asana really helps me visualize project deadlines and dependencies, which keeps the team on track without constant check-ins. I also appreciate the task comments section—it's simple to leave updates and get feedback all in one place. That said, the mobile app sometimes lags when loading large projects, which can be frustrating during quick checks on the go. Overall, it’s a solid tool that fits well into our workflow.

Solid project management tool

Tried Trello and Monday.com before settling on Asana because I needed better task dependencies and subtasks for my team's workflow. Asana's interface is clean and pretty intuitive, though sometimes notifications can get overwhelming. Overall, it keeps everyone on the same page without too much hassle.
