Good value for organized teams

For the price, Asana offers solid value, especially if you're managing multiple projects or teams. I found it worth the investment because it streamlines communication and keeps everything organized, which saves time in the long run. It’s a bit on the pricier side for solo users, but for our small business, the return on investment has been clear. The features you get definitely justify the cost in my experience.

Reliable and Improving Over Time

After using Asana for over five years, I've seen it grow in ways that really help keep my projects organized without feeling cluttered. The interface has become smoother and some new features, like timeline views, actually make planning easier. Overall, it’s been a reliable tool that just keeps getting better.

Good value for small teams

I find Asana pretty solid for what it costs. For my small team, it’s great value and helps keep projects organized without breaking the bank. The only downside is that some features feel a bit locked behind pricier plans, but overall it’s worth the investment.

Great for versatile project tracking

Switched from Trello and Monday.com because Asana felt more intuitive for managing both simple and complex projects without overwhelming the team. The ability to easily toggle between list and board views helped keep everyone on the same page, and the integrations with Slack and Google Drive made collaboration smoother. I still wish the mobile app was a bit faster, but overall it's been a solid choice.

Helped us meet deadlines

Our team was constantly missing deadlines because we had no clear way to track who was doing what and when. Asana helped us break down projects into manageable tasks and set deadlines that everyone could see, which made staying on track way easier. It’s not perfect, but it definitely cleared up a lot of confusion and made collaboration smoother for us.

Better fit for complex projects

Tried Trello and Monday.com before settling on Asana because its task dependencies and timeline views fit my workflow better. The interface feels smoother and less cluttered, making project tracking easier without losing important details. Still, I wish the mobile app was a bit more reliable during heavy use.

Solid for task tracking

Asana’s pretty solid for keeping track of tasks and deadlines. I like how easy it is to organize stuff without feeling overwhelmed, though sometimes the notifications can get a bit much.

Reliable project tracker

Started using Asana about 4 years ago, and I've noticed it getting smoother and more intuitive with each update. The timeline feature has really helped keep my projects on track, though sometimes the mobile app feels a bit clunky. Overall, it’s been a solid tool for managing work without much fuss.

The task dependencies feature really helped keep our projects on track, and the timeline view makes it easy to see the big picture. However, sometimes the notifications can get a bit overwhelming.

Great for team tracking

Our team of about 10 people started using Asana a few months ago after our manager pushed for a better way to track projects. Getting everyone to actually use it consistently took a bit of effort, especially since some folks preferred email or chat for updates. But once the whole department switched over, collaboration improved noticeably, with clear task assignments and deadlines visible to everyone. It’s helped cut down on confusion during busy periods, though the interface can sometimes feel a little cluttered when juggling multiple projects at once.
