Long-time user, growing frustrated

Been with Atlassian for over 6 years and honestly, it's been a steady slide downhill. Features that used to be reliable now feel clunky and buggy, and the pricing just keeps creeping up with little real improvement. Support has gotten slower too, which is frustrating when you rely on their tools daily.

Really helpful but a bit clunky

Smooth and straightforward setup
