Overpriced for small teams
The pricing for Bitbucket feels way too steep for what you actually get. For small teams like ours, the features are pretty basic and don’t justify the monthly cost, especially when compared to competitors offering more for less. We ended up not getting the return on investment we hoped for because the advanced tools are locked behind expensive tiers. Honestly, it just seems overpriced given the limited value delivered.

Solid and straightforward repo tool
Bitbucket’s been solid for managing my code repos, and I like how it integrates with Jira without a lot of fuss. The UI isn’t the flashiest but it’s clean and easy to navigate, which saves time when I’m juggling multiple projects. Sometimes the pipeline setup feels a bit quirky, but once it’s up it works reliably. Overall, a dependable spot to keep my stuff organized.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of 8 switched to Bitbucket last year and honestly, getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected. The way we can review code together and track changes cuts down on confusion during crunch time.

Solid value for small teams
Bitbucket's pricing feels fair for what you get, especially for small teams that need solid Git hosting with built-in CI/CD. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but the time saved on integrations alone has made it worth the investment for us. Overall, great value without breaking the bank.

Seamless team collaboration
Our team of 8 switched to Bitbucket a few months ago, and getting everyone on board was surprisingly smooth thanks to its simple interface. Collaboration has improved a lot since we can easily review each other's code and track changes without losing anything in the shuffle.

Too clunky and frustrating
Bitbucket felt clunky and slow compared to GitHub and GitLab, which I used before. The interface wasn't intuitive, and setting up pipelines was way more frustrating than those other options.

Smooth PRs, tricky pipelines
The pull request interface is really intuitive and makes code reviews straightforward. I wish the pipeline setup was a bit less confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, it works well.

Good value for small teams
Bitbucket’s pricing feels fair for what you get, especially if you’re working with a small team. The integration with Jira and other Atlassian tools definitely adds to the overall value, making collaboration smoother. While it might seem a bit pricey compared to some other git hosts, the time saved and reliability make it worth the investment in my experience. For the features and ease of use, it offers a solid return on what you pay.

Reliable and steadily improving
Started using Bitbucket about 5 years ago, and it's definitely gotten smoother and more reliable over time. The interface feels a lot cleaner now, and the integration with Jira has made managing projects way easier for my team. Sometimes the pull request notifications can be a bit slow, but overall it’s been solid for our version control needs. I’ve been happy with how it keeps improving without adding too much complexity.

Solved merge conflicts easily
Our team was constantly losing track of code changes across multiple repos, which was causing merge conflicts left and right. Bitbucket's branch permissions and pull request reviews helped us organize our workflow so much better, reducing conflicts and speeding up code reviews.
