Smooth Booking Experience

Tried Square Appointments and Fresha before settling on Booksy, mainly because the interface feels way less clunky and their reminder system actually works. The only gripe is that sometimes the app crashes when syncing, but overall it’s been a solid tool for managing my bookings.

Great scheduling, payment needs tweaks

The appointment scheduling feature is super easy to use and saves me a ton of time managing my calendar. I also like the client reminders—they’ve cut down no-shows quite a bit. The payment integration could be smoother, though, as it sometimes glitches during checkout.

Great scheduling, payment needs work

The appointment scheduling feature is exactly what we needed to keep track of clients without any confusion. I also really like the reminders that get sent out automatically, which have cut down on no-shows. The payment system could be a bit smoother though, sometimes it takes a couple of tries to process.

Makes scheduling way easier

Our team of about 8 started using Booksy to manage appointments and it really helped cut down the back-and-forth emails. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks since some preferred old methods, but once they saw how much easier scheduling became, adoption was smooth. Collaboration improved because we could see availability in real-time and avoid double bookings, which was a big win. The only downside is the occasional glitch with notifications not going through, but overall it's made a noticeable difference in our workflow.

Smooth and reliable booking

Honestly surprised how smooth Booksy is for booking my haircuts. Never had any glitches and the reminders actually help me not forget appointments. Wish it had a bit more payment options tho.

Worth the cost over time

Handy for booking stuff

Been using Booksy to book haircuts and it’s honestly pretty smooth most of the time. Sometimes the app glitches a bit when I’m trying to reschedule, but other than that, no complaints. Saves me a lot of time compared to calling around.
