Good sharing, weak search

Worth the investment

Box costs a bit more than some alternatives, but for the way it streamlines file sharing and collaboration, I think it’s worth the investment. Our team has saved time that more than makes up for the price, especially with the security features included. It’s great value if you need reliable cloud storage without constant headaches.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting started with Box was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guides were clear enough that I had everything set up in under an hour, which was great since I wasn’t super familiar with their interface. There was a slight hiccup connecting it to some of our existing tools, but customer support helped me sort that out pretty quickly. Overall, the learning curve wasn’t too steep, and I felt comfortable using it after just a couple of days.

Solid choice for team file management

I switched to Box after trying Google Drive and Dropbox for managing project files with my team. What stood out was Box's better control over user permissions and seamless integration with other apps we use daily. While Dropbox felt too basic for our needs and Google Drive’s interface sometimes got cluttered, Box strikes a nice balance between simplicity and powerful features. Reliable and improving over time

Started using Box about five years ago for work and personal projects, and it’s definitely grown on me. The interface has gotten cleaner and faster over time, which makes managing large files way less frustrating than it used to be. I especially appreciate how collaboration tools have improved — sharing and commenting have become much smoother. Sometimes the mobile app feels a bit clunky, but overall it’s been a solid experience.

Not what I expected

Was hoping this would make my workflow easier, but it just feels clunky and slow. Uploads take forever and sometimes files don’t even sync right. Kinda frustrating when you’re in a hurry.
