Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting Box up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through the basics without feeling overwhelming, and I had everything set up within an hour. The learning curve was gentle enough that I didn’t have to dig through support too much.

Great file sharing and version control

The file sharing feature is exactly what we needed for quick collaboration across teams — it’s super easy to use and reliable. I also really like the version history; it saved me a few times when I accidentally overwrote important docs. The search function could be a bit faster though, sometimes it takes a while to find what I’m looking for.

Solved file chaos, but slow syncing

Our team was drowning in scattered files across different devices, making collaboration a huge hassle. Box helped by centralizing all our documents in one place, so sharing and accessing files became way easier during projects. That said, syncing could be slow sometimes and the mobile app feels a bit clunky, which made quick edits on the go frustrating. Overall, it solved our biggest file chaos problem but still has room for improvement in speed and usability.

Solid for long-term use

Started using Box about five years ago and have seen it evolve quite a bit since then. The interface used to feel a bit clunky, but they've cleaned it up nicely and it’s way more intuitive now. File syncing is solid, and their collaboration tools have definitely improved, making team projects smoother. Sometimes the upload speed can lag a bit, but overall it’s been reliable and gets the job done well.

Solved File Chaos Easily

Our team was drowning in email attachments and version control chaos during collaborative projects. Switching to Box cleared all that up by giving us a single place to store and manage files, plus real-time updates that actually kept everyone on the same page. It saved us a ton of headaches, especially when working remotely across time zones. The only downside was the occasional syncing delay, but overall it handled our workflow much smoother than before.

Worth the investment

The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but for the seamless file sharing and collaboration, it feels like a smart investment. Over time, it’s saved us enough headaches to justify the cost.

Great for team collaboration

Our team of about 12 made the switch last year, and once everyone got used to the interface, collaboration got a lot smoother. Sharing files and organizing projects in one place really cut down on email back-and-forth.

Reliable and Improving Service

Started using Box about five years ago, and I've noticed a steady improvement in both speed and user interface. What I really appreciate is how they've handled file sharing and collaboration—it’s become much smoother and more reliable over time. There are occasional hiccups with syncing on mobile, but overall it’s been a solid tool for managing my work documents. Definitely feels like they listen to user feedback and roll out meaningful updates.

Still going strong after years

Started using Box about 5 years ago and it’s come a long way since then. I appreciate how much smoother file syncing has gotten, and their mobile app is way more reliable now. The team seems to actually listen to feedback, which is rare. Sometimes it feels a bit slow when handling really large files, but overall I’m happy with how it’s held up for my daily workflow.
