Great for team collaboration

Setup was a bit rough
Getting started with ClickUp was a bit of a mixed bag. The onboarding tutorials were helpful but felt a little overwhelming at first, especially with so many features to explore. Setting up my workspace took longer than I expected—probably a couple of hours—because I kept tweaking things to fit my workflow.
