Great for team collaboration

Our team of about 10 switched to ClickUp last quarter, and getting everyone to actually use it was a bit rough at first. But once we all got the hang of it, collaboration got way smoother and tracking tasks became less of a headache.

Great for task juggling

ClickUp's been a solid helper for keeping my tasks straight without feeling cluttered. I do wish the mobile app was a bit faster tho, sometimes it lags on me. Overall, saves me a lot of headaches when juggling projects!

Great Task Management Tools

Setup was a bit rough

Getting started with ClickUp was a bit of a mixed bag. The onboarding tutorials were helpful but felt a little overwhelming at first, especially with so many features to explore. Setting up my workspace took longer than I expected—probably a couple of hours—because I kept tweaking things to fit my workflow. Once I got the hang of it, though, it started to make more sense, but the initial learning curve was definitely steeper than I hoped.

Good value for the price

ClickUp isn’t the cheapest option out there, but for the features I actually use, it’s worth the cost. It’s saved me a ton of time coordinating projects, so the return on investment feels solid. Sometimes the pricing tiers get a bit confusing tho.

Good but a bit messy

ClickUp has a lot of features and flexibility, but sometimes it feels kinda overwhelming and clunky. I like how you can customize stuff, but the interface could be smoother. Works fine for basic task tracking though.

Costs add up quickly

The pricing feels a bit steep for what you actually get, especially if you're not using all the features. It works fine, but I’m not sure the return on investment justifies the cost for smaller projects.

Too pricey for the features

I honestly felt like ClickUp is way too expensive for what they actually offer. The pricing tiers get confusing quickly, and a lot of the features I needed were locked behind higher paywalls. For small teams, it just doesn’t deliver enough value to justify the cost, especially when cheaper alternatives cover the basics better. I ended up feeling like I was paying more for bells and whistles I rarely used, and the return on investment just wasn’t there for us.

Took longer than expected

I thought setup would be quick, but it actually took a couple hours to get everything how I wanted. The onboarding tutorials helped, but there's definitely a learning curve with all the features. Once I got past that, it was easier, but the initial process felt kinda clunky and overwhelming.

Cleared up task chaos

Our team was drowning in scattered task lists and missed deadlines until we switched to ClickUp. Being able to assign tasks, set priorities, and track progress all in one spot really cleared up the chaos, though sometimes the interface feels a bit overwhelming at first.
