Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 10 switched to ClickUp last quarter, and getting everyone to actually use it was a bit rough at first. But once we all got the hang of it, collaboration got way smoother and tracking tasks became less of a headache.

Great for task juggling
ClickUp's been a solid helper for keeping my tasks straight without feeling cluttered. I do wish the mobile app was a bit faster tho, sometimes it lags on me. Overall, saves me a lot of headaches when juggling projects!

Setup was a bit rough
Getting started with ClickUp was a bit of a mixed bag. The onboarding tutorials were helpful but felt a little overwhelming at first, especially with so many features to explore. Setting up my workspace took longer than I expected—probably a couple of hours—because I kept tweaking things to fit my workflow. Once I got the hang of it, though, it started to make more sense, but the initial learning curve was definitely steeper than I hoped.

Good but a bit messy

I honestly felt like ClickUp is way too expensive for what they actually offer. The pricing tiers get confusing quickly, and a lot of the features I needed were locked behind higher paywalls. For small teams, it just doesn’t deliver enough value to justify the cost, especially when cheaper alternatives cover the basics better.
