Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 people started using ClickUp a few months ago after our manager insisted on switching from a mix of emails and spreadsheets. Getting everyone to consistently update tasks took some push at first, but now communication feels way smoother, especially with the comment threads directly on tasks. It’s helped reduce those endless back-and-forths in email chains, and seeing progress visualized keeps everyone motivated. The only downside is that some features feel a bit overwhelming for new users, so it took some trial and error to find a workflow that works for us.

Evolved but Still Clunky
Started using ClickUp about three years ago and have seen it add lots of new features, but sometimes the interface feels cluttered and overwhelming. It’s great for keeping everything in one place, but the constant updates occasionally break workflows or slow down the app. Overall, it gets the job done, but it’s not as smooth or intuitive as I hoped after all this time.

Good value for organization
The price felt a bit steep at first, but the way it keeps all my projects organized has saved me a ton of time, so it’s definitely paid for itself. Great value if you actually dive into all the features.

Good but a bit overwhelming
I switched from Asana to ClickUp mainly for the customization options, which are definitely more flexible. That said, the interface feels cluttered at times, and the learning curve was steeper than I expected. Trello still feels simpler for quick project tracking, but ClickUp works better when you need more detailed workflows.

Flexible and efficient tool
Tried Asana and Trello before, but ClickUp won me over with how customizable it is without feeling overwhelming. The way it handles tasks and docs in one place really speeds up my workflow compared to the others.

Flexible and powerful project hub
I switched from Asana and Trello to ClickUp mainly because I wanted more flexibility in managing tasks without jumping between apps. The way ClickUp combines docs, tasks, and chat in one place really streamlined my workflow, though it took a bit to get used to all the features. Sometimes the interface feels a little cluttered, but I appreciate how customizable everything is compared to the simpler setups in Trello. Overall, it’s been a solid upgrade for keeping my projects organized without losing track of details.

Helpful but a bit overwhelming
Our team of about 12 started using ClickUp because our manager insisted on it to unify project tracking. Getting everyone fully on board was tougher than expected—some folks loved the flexibility, but others found it overwhelming and too cluttered. Collaboration improved somewhat since we could comment and assign tasks easily, but the learning curve slowed us down initially. Overall, it's a decent tool but feels like it tries to do too much, which sometimes causes confusion rather than clarity.

Flexible and Feature-Rich
Switched from Asana and Trello and ClickUp nailed the balance between features and simplicity. Sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, but overall it’s way more flexible for managing different projects in one place.

Flexible and feature-rich
Tried Asana and Trello before, but ClickUp just feels more flexible for how I organize projects. The interface can get a bit cluttered, but I like the way I can customize views and track everything in one place.

Evolving but buggy experience
Started using ClickUp about three years ago, and I’ve seen it add a ton of new features since then. Some of the updates have been genuinely helpful, like the improved task views, but other changes feel a bit overwhelming and buggy at times. The learning curve still feels steep, especially when trying to customize workflows. Overall, it’s a solid tool, but I’ve run into enough quirks that keep me exploring alternatives.
