Solid tool with steady improvements
Been with them for about three years now, and I gotta say they've really improved the UI and overall speed. Some features I didn’t care for at first have grown on me, and the constant updates keep things fresh. The only thing is sometimes the notifications get a bit overwhelming, but that’s easily managed.

Good but inconsistent adoption
Our team of about 12 started using ClickUp for project tracking after the boss insisted, but getting everyone fully on board was a bit of a struggle since some people found the interface confusing. Collaboration improved somewhat, especially with task comments, but it still feels like not everyone is using it consistently which slows things down sometimes.

Task Dependencies Shine
The task dependencies feature in ClickUp really helped keep our projects on track, making it easier to see what needs to be done next. The calendar integration is nice too, but sometimes syncing feels a bit slow or off, which can be frustrating when juggling deadlines.

Gets Better Over Time
Started using this about three years ago and it’s definitely improved a lot since then. The updates have made it more reliable and versatile for managing projects, though it still has a bit of a learning curve.

Decent but a bit clunky
Our team of about 10 people started using ClickUp after management insisted on switching from Trello. Getting everyone on board was a bit rough since some prefer simpler tools, and the learning curve slowed us down initially. Collaboration features are decent and helped keep track of tasks, but sometimes updates don’t sync smoothly or notifications get overwhelming. Overall, it works well enough but feels a bit bloated for the way we actually work.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting started was smoother than I expected, and the onboarding materials helped me get a handle on the basics quickly. Took a bit of time to fully customize everything, but overall setup felt straightforward.

Solid project management tools
The task dependencies feature really helped keep my projects on track without confusion. The time tracking is helpful but could use a bit more flexibility in reporting.

Flexible and feature-rich tool
Switched from Trello and Asana after feeling like both were kinda limited for handling complex projects. ClickUp gave us way more flexibility with custom views and automations without getting overwhelming, though the learning curve was a bit steeper than I expected. Overall, it just fits our team's workflow better and feels less clunky than the others.

Worth the investment overall
I find ClickUp to be a solid investment for managing projects without breaking the bank. The pricing tiers might feel a bit steep at first, but the amount of features packed into even the lower plans really justifies the cost. For small teams like mine, it’s great value because it streamlines so many tasks in one place, which has saved us both time and money overall. While there’s a learning curve, the return on investment quickly became clear as workflows got much smoother.

Good value for the price
ClickUp’s pricing felt a bit steep at first, but after a few months, it’s clear the platform pays for itself with how much time it saves and how organized everything stays. For the features offered, especially task management and integrations, it’s great value for small to mid-sized teams. I do wish the user interface was a little more intuitive, but the ROI has been solid overall. Definitely worth the investment if you need a robust project management tool.
