Highly customizable and all-in-one

Tried Asana and Trello before, but ClickUp stuck out because of its customizability and built-in docs. It’s a bit overwhelming at first, but once set up, it really keeps everything in one place better than the others I tried.

Good value for the price

The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but once I started using it daily, the time saved totally made up for it. Especially for managing projects with multiple people, it’s great value considering how much it simplifies things. Would say it’s worth the investment if you actually use the features.

Great automation, weak calendar sync

The task automation feature really saved me time by handling repetitive steps without much setup. However, the calendar integration feels clunky and often misses syncing events properly, which is frustrating when juggling deadlines.

Improved team collaboration

Our team of about 12 switched over thanks to our manager pushing for better project tracking. Getting everyone to actually use it took a couple weeks, but now collaboration feels smoother and deadlines are clearer. The learning curve was real, but worth it.

Flexible and feature-rich

Switched from Trello and Asana because ClickUp lets me customize task views way more, which helps me stay organized without juggling multiple apps. It’s a bit overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a solid all-in-one tool for managing projects and deadlines.

Solid tool for team projects

Our team of about 12 switched to ClickUp after the boss insisted we find a better way to keep track of projects. Getting everyone on board was a bit rough at first since some folks preferred simpler tools, but once the basic workflows were set up, collaboration really improved. I like how everyone can comment directly on tasks, which cuts down on endless email chains. The only thing I wish was better is the mobile app—it’s kinda clunky and sometimes slow to update.

Centralized info but too complex

Our team was drowning in scattered project notes and missed deadlines, and ClickUp seemed like the answer at first since it combined tasks and docs in one place. It helped a bit by letting us centralize info, but honestly, the interface was confusing and slow, and setting up automations felt like a full-time job. In the end, it didn’t fix our main issue of keeping everyone on the same page without wasting hours just managing the tool itself.

Mixed feelings on ClickUp

Our team of about 10 started using ClickUp because the boss insisted, but getting everyone to actually use it well has been a struggle—some find it confusing and stick to email instead. Collaboration improved a bit for project tracking, but uneven adoption makes it feel half-baked.

Solid all-in-one tool

ClickUp really helps me keep all my projects and tasks in one spot without feeling overwhelmed. The interface takes a bit to get used to, but once I got the hang of it, it’s been smooth sailing. I like how customizable it is, especially with views and notifications, which makes managing work less annoying. Definitely saved me some headaches compared to juggling different apps.

Mixed feelings on setup

Setup was kinda tricky at first and took me a couple of days to get everything organized the way I wanted. The onboarding videos helped but there’s definitely a learning curve that caught me off guard.
