Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 had some hiccups getting everyone to actually use ClickUp, but once they did, it really helped keep projects visible and improved how we collaborate on tasks. Still, sometimes the interface feels a bit overwhelming for quick check-ins.

Great all-in-one project tool
Tried Asana and Trello before, but ClickUp just fits my workflow better with its customization options and all-in-one approach. I like how I can track tasks, docs, and goals in one place without hopping between apps. The learning curve was a bit steep, but once I got the hang of it, it made managing projects way smoother.

Better with Time and Updates
Started using ClickUp about three years ago, and honestly, it’s come a long way since then. The early versions felt a bit clunky, but recent updates have really smoothed out the interface and added features that actually make my workflow easier. What I appreciate most is how customizable it has become without feeling overwhelming, and the team seems to listen to feedback. Still, sometimes it can be a bit slow to load when juggling multiple projects, but overall it’s been a solid tool for daily task management.

Streamlined team collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched to ClickUp a few months ago, and getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected since the interface is pretty intuitive. It’s helped us keep track of projects more transparently, which means fewer meetings just to figure out who’s doing what. The one downside is that sometimes the notifications can get a bit overwhelming.

Good features, but buggy notifications
The task dependencies feature really helped me organize complex projects, which was a lifesaver. But the notifications can get overwhelming and sometimes don’t update properly, making it hard to keep track of changes in real time.

Good features, but pricey for basics
ClickUp offers a lot of features, but honestly, the price feels a bit steep for what smaller teams actually use. I found myself paying for options that never really got touched, which makes it hard to say it’s great value for money. That said, if you’re juggling complex projects, it might pay off in the long run, but for basic task management, it feels kinda pricey. Also, the learning curve can slow down the ROI more than I expected.

Getting better all the time
Started using this about three years ago, and I’ve noticed steady improvements especially in the mobile app and automation features. It’s become more reliable and flexible over time, which really helps with managing my projects day-to-day.

Setup was a mixed bag
Getting started with ClickUp was a bit of a rollercoaster. The initial onboarding gave me a good overview, but the actual setup took longer than I expected—probably a couple of hours to organize everything just right. There’s definitely a learning curve, especially with all the features packed in, which can feel overwhelming at first. Once I got the hang of it, though, it started to make more sense, but the whole process wasn’t as smooth as I hoped.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched to ClickUp after our manager pushed for better project tracking. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks, but now the collaboration feels way smoother and deadlines are easier to keep.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 15 switched to ClickUp last year, and while getting everyone used to it took a few weeks, it really improved how we track tasks and communicate. The collaboration features helped cut down on email chains, but some members still find the interface a bit overwhelming at times.
