Great for team coordination
Our team of about 12 switched to ClickUp a few months ago after our manager pushed for a more unified tool. Getting everyone on board took a bit of time since some folks were used to simpler apps, but overall it brought our project tracking and communication into one place, which really helped with transparency. I especially appreciate how easy it is to assign tasks and see where everyone’s at without endless email threads. The learning curve wasn’t too steep, but sometimes the interface feels a bit overwhelming with all the features.

Good value for teams
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but after using it for a few months, the boost in team efficiency totally made up for it. Definitely good value if you actually use the features.

Too complicated and clunky
Honestly thought ClickUp would be smoother, but it kinda feels clunky and overwhelming. Took me way longer than it should to figure out basic stuff, and half the features felt more like a headache than a help. Wish it was more straightforward 'cause the idea is cool, just not the execution for me.

Worth the investment overall
I found ClickUp to be a solid investment for managing projects without breaking the bank. While the price isn’t the cheapest out there, the amount of features you get definitely justifies it, especially if you’re juggling multiple tasks or teams. It’s paid off by saving me time and keeping everything organized, which in the long run feels worth the cost. For smaller teams, it might feel a bit much, but for anyone needing more robust tools, it’s great value.

Good features but a bit pricey
ClickUp has a lot going for it in terms of features, but honestly, the pricing feels a bit steep for what my small team actually uses. The free version is decent, but once you hit the paid tiers, it’s not always clear if you’re getting enough value to justify the cost. For bigger teams or heavy users, it might pay off, but for us, it’s a bit pricey and sometimes feels like you’re paying for stuff you don’t need. Still, it has saved us some time, so there’s some return on investment, just not as much as I hoped.

Still improving after years
Started using this about 3 years ago, and honestly it’s come a long way. Some features that were clunky back then are way smoother now, though sometimes it still lags on bigger projects.

Worth the cost for teams
ClickUp feels like a solid investment for what it offers. The pricing can seem a bit steep at first, especially if you're just starting out or working solo, but the amount of features packed in really justifies the cost. For my small team, it's saved us a ton of time juggling tasks and communication, so the return on investment has been noticeable. It’s definitely great value when you consider how much it streamlines our workflow.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 started using ClickUp when the boss insisted we needed a better way to track projects. Getting everyone on board took a few weeks since some folks prefer simpler tools, but once we adapted, collaboration improved a lot. I do wish the mobile app was a bit more stable though.

Task dependencies keep projects tight
The task dependencies feature really helped keep my projects on track by making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. I also appreciate the customizable views, though sometimes switching between them feels a bit clunky and could be smoother.

Finally Organized Our Projects
Our projects used to get lost in long email threads and scattered notes, which made deadlines a nightmare. ClickUp helped us centralize everything in one place, especially the task dependencies and timelines, so we finally know who’s doing what and when without chasing people down all day. It’s been a game changer for keeping our small team aligned and on track.
