Overpriced with low value
The price is way too high for the feature set they offer, and I never saw a solid ROI from using it. Definitely felt like I was paying more than what I got in return.

Reliable and improving over time
Started using Constant Contact about five years ago, and I’ve noticed some solid improvements along the way. The interface feels cleaner now, and the email templates have become more modern and easier to customize, which really helps save time. I appreciate how their customer support has stepped up too; whenever I've had questions, they've been pretty quick to respond. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that’s gotten better with each update.

Reliable and Improving Over Time
Been with them for over 5 years now and honestly, the platform has gotten easier to use and more reliable. A couple of features took a while to get right, but overall it’s been a solid tool for managing my email lists without too many headaches.

Easy to use but limited automation
Tried Mailchimp and Sendinblue before, but Constant Contact felt easier to set up for my needs. The templates are decent, though I wish the automation options were a bit more flexible. Sometimes the interface feels clunky and slow tho.

Simple and reliable email tool
I switched from Mailchimp to Constant Contact mainly because I needed simpler email automation and better customer support. Compared to Mailchimp and Sendinblue, I found Constant Contact's interface a lot more intuitive, especially when setting up campaigns quickly. The drag-and-drop editor is straightforward, and their templates fit our needs without much tweaking. The only downside is that pricing can get a bit steep as your list grows, but overall it’s been reliable and easy to use.

Setup was a mixed bag
Setup was kind of a headache at first, took me longer than expected to figure out some basics, but once I got through the onboarding it got easier to use.

Easy and reliable email tool
I switched to Constant Contact after trying Mailchimp and Sendinblue, mainly because I found their interface more straightforward for setting up campaigns quickly. Compared to Mailchimp, Constant Contact felt less overwhelming and had better customer support when I ran into questions. Sendinblue had some neat features, but the email templates felt less polished and a bit clunky to customize. Overall, Constant Contact strikes a nice balance between ease of use and functionality, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Worth the investment overall
I found Constant Contact a bit pricey at first, especially compared to some other email marketing tools. But after a few months, the ROI made it clear it was worth the investment — the ease of use and solid support helped me get better open rates and engagement. For small teams like mine, it delivers great value without overwhelming features I don’t need. The only downside is the cost can add up if your contact list grows quickly.

Mixed Feelings After Years
Started using this about five years ago, and while the platform has added some new features, it still feels a bit clunky and outdated in places. Customer support has improved, but the interface can be frustrating when trying to do more advanced email designs.

Frustrating and confusing setup
Trying to get Constant Contact up and running was way more frustrating than I expected. The onboarding felt rushed and left me guessing on some key steps, which made the whole setup drag on for hours. The interface isn’t very intuitive either, so the learning curve was pretty steep without much support to help. Definitely not the smooth start I was hoping for.
