Solid and improving tool
Started using this about five years ago and it’s definitely improved since then—new features and a cleaner interface have made managing my email list way easier. Still a solid tool that’s grown with me over time.

Good value for the price
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but after seeing how much easier it made managing email campaigns, I think it’s worth the investment. For small teams like mine, the features and automation save enough time to justify the cost. Definitely a solid ROI once you get into a rhythm with it.

Great automation, tricky tagging
The automation builder is exactly what we needed to simplify our email sequences, and it’s surprisingly intuitive. However, the tagging system can get a bit confusing when managing large lists, which sometimes slows me down.

Quick and simple setup
Setup was way quicker than I expected, had everything running in about 20 minutes. The onboarding guides were clear and didn’t feel overwhelming, though I did stumble a bit when setting up automations at first.

Quick and smooth setup
Getting started with ConvertKit was surprisingly quick—I had everything set up and my first email sequence running in under an hour. The onboarding emails were clear and actually helpful, so I didn’t feel lost at any point. The interface is straightforward enough that I didn’t need to spend much time figuring things out.

Automation shines, design limited
The automation feature in ConvertKit really saves me a ton of time by letting me set up sequences that feel personal without much effort. I love how easy it is to tag subscribers based on their behavior, which helps keep my lists super organized. The email designer is clean but a bit limited if you want more creative layouts, so sometimes I wish there were more customization options there.

Simplified email automation
My newsletter signups were all over the place and managing sequences felt like a headache before ConvertKit. After switching, setting up automated email funnels became way more straightforward, which saved me hours every week. The tagging system really helped me segment my audience without juggling multiple tools, so my messaging feels more personalized now. The only hiccup was getting used to the interface at first, but once I did, it just flows.

Good value despite the price
ConvertKit is a bit on the pricey side compared to some other email platforms, but I've found that the time I save on automation and the quality of their deliverability make it worth the extra cost. For small teams or solo creators, it really feels like a smart investment because it helps me grow my list without a ton of hassle. The ROI shows up in how smoothly campaigns run and the engagement rates I get. Overall, it feels like good value for what you’re paying, even if the price tag isn’t the cheapest out there.
