Reliable but needs polish
Started using Crowdstrike about four years ago, and while it has definitely improved in terms of detection capabilities, the platform can still feel a bit clunky at times. The alert system sometimes throws too many false positives, which makes it harder to trust every notification without thorough investigation. On the upside, their cloud-based approach means updates are seamless, but I wish the dashboard was more intuitive and user-friendly after all this time. Overall, it’s reliable but still leaves room for improvement in ease of use.

Reliable and improving tool
Been with them for over three years now, and I've definitely seen the platform improve in terms of user interface and detection accuracy. Early on, it felt a bit clunky, but updates have made it smoother and more reliable for everyday use. Overall, it’s been a solid tool that keeps getting better with time.

Threat detection needs work
The threat detection feature sometimes flags harmless files which slows down our workflows, making it frustrating to trust alerts. The user interface for managing endpoints feels clunky and unintuitive, which adds extra time for simple tasks. Definitely expected smoother performance given the price.

Solid protection, small learning curve
Crowdstrike’s been pretty solid for catching stuff before it turns into a headache. Took me a bit to get the hang of some features, but once I did, it’s been smooth sailing. Wish it was a bit cheaper tho, but overall not bad at all.

Solid but needs polishing
Been with Crowdstrike for about 3 years now, and while the platform has definitely improved, I still find the alerts sometimes overwhelming and hard to fine-tune for my org’s needs. The detection capabilities are solid, but I feel like the dashboard could be more user-friendly, especially for smaller teams without a dedicated security expert. Also, there have been occasional slowdowns during updates which can mess with workflow. Overall, it’s reliable but not without its quirks.

Solid choice for endpoint security
Tried both Carbon Black and SentinelOne before settling on Crowdstrike. It just felt faster at detecting threats and the dashboard is way easier to navigate, tho sometimes alerts can be a bit noisy.

Smooth setup, minor learning curve
Getting started with Crowdstrike was pretty straightforward, and their onboarding helped me figure things out quickly. There was a bit of a learning curve with some of the advanced features, but overall the setup didn’t take long and felt smooth.

Setup was a mixed bag
The initial onboarding was straightforward and I had the agents installed in a few hours, but some of the configuration settings were confusing and required digging through docs. Took a bit longer than expected to get everything tuned right.

Smooth team adoption and results
Our team of 12 switched to Crowdstrike last year, and getting everyone on board was surprisingly smooth. It’s helped us catch threats faster and made collaboration on incidents way easier.

Solid but a bit clunky
Started using Crowdstrike about 4 years ago, and while they’ve definitely improved their interface and detection capabilities, I still find it a bit clunky at times. The alerts can be overwhelming and occasionally feel like false positives, which eats up time I don’t always have. Their support has gotten better, but sometimes responses are slower than I’d like. Overall, it’s been reliable enough but nothing super smooth.
