Smooth team adoption overall
Our team of about 15 switched to DocuSign last year, and it really sped up our contract approvals. Getting everyone to use it wasn't too hard since the interface is pretty straightforward, though a couple folks still forget to check for signatures sometimes. Overall, it’s made collaborating on documents way easier and cut down on the back-and-forth emails.

Solid and user-friendly e-sign tool
I tried HelloSign and Adobe Sign before settling on DocuSign, mainly because its interface feels more intuitive and the mobile app works way better for me. I also like how it handles templates and reminders without much fuss—something the others made more complicated. Overall, it just fits my workflow smoother, though it can get pricey if you need advanced features.
