Templates and status updates shine
The document templates have saved me a ton of time, especially when I need to send out contracts quickly. I also really like the real-time status updates on signed documents, which keep me in the loop without having to chase people down. That said, the mobile app can be a bit clunky when trying to manage multiple documents at once, which can slow things down during busy days.

Solid and reliable e-sign tool
Tried HelloSign and Adobe Sign before, but DocuSign felt way more intuitive and reliable for sending bulk docs quickly. The only gripe is sometimes the mobile app glitches when uploading files, but overall it just works better for our team.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting DocuSign up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding materials were clear, and I had the main features set up within a couple of hours without much hassle. There was a bit of a learning curve with some of the more advanced options, but the basics were easy enough to pick up quickly.
