Decent service, pricey plans
Dropbox works fine for storing and sharing files, but I find the pricing a bit steep considering the amount of storage you get. For casual users or small teams, it might be okay, but if you’re looking for more space or advanced features, the cost adds up quickly and doesn’t always feel justified. I expected a bit more bang for my buck.

Reliable and smooth syncing
I tried Google Drive and OneDrive before settling on Dropbox. Dropbox just felt smoother when syncing large files across devices, plus the selective sync options saved me tons of space. It’s not perfect—sometimes the desktop app can be a bit slow to update—but overall it beats the others for my workflow.

Solid and improving service
Been with them for over 7 years and it's come a long way—syncing is smoother now and the app feels more reliable than before. Still wish the pricing was a bit more flexible for personal use though.

Not worth the cost
Dropbox feels way overpriced for the storage and features you actually get. I keep expecting better value considering the cost, but it just doesn’t deliver enough to justify the price.

Great file sharing, slow sync
The file-sharing feature is exactly what I needed for quick collaboration with my team, super easy to use and reliable. The offline sync works well too, though sometimes it takes a bit longer than I’d like to update changes once I’m back online.

Smooth team file sharing
Our team of about 10 switched to Dropbox last year, and once everyone got used to it, sharing files became way smoother. The boss insisted on it, and now collaboration feels more organized, though syncing can be slow sometimes with large files.

Reliable and Improving Service
Started using Dropbox about 6 years ago and it's definitely gotten better over time. The syncing has become much more reliable, which is a huge relief since I rely on it for work files every day. I do wish the app was a bit faster on mobile though, sometimes it lags when I’m trying to upload on the go. Overall, it’s been a solid tool that keeps improving without me having to worry about losing stuff.

Quick and easy setup
Getting Dropbox up and running was surprisingly quick—I had everything set up within about 10 minutes. The onboarding steps were straightforward and I didn’t feel lost at any point. There’s a slight learning curve when you start using some of the advanced features, but the basics are super easy to pick up.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 10 started using Dropbox a few months ago after our manager pushed for better file sharing. Getting everyone on board took some time since a couple of folks preferred email attachments, but once we all settled in, collaboration got way smoother. The syncing is usually reliable, though sometimes files take a bit longer to update than I'd like.

Simple file sharing fix
Needed an easy way to share large files with my remote team without clogging up email. Dropbox made it super simple to drop stuff in a shared folder and everyone got instant access, no headaches or confusion. Only wish it had better offline editing support though.
