Reliable and user-friendly sync
Switched from Google Drive after struggling with its file syncing, and Dropbox just feels more reliable for everyday use. Tried OneDrive too, but Dropbox’s interface is way cleaner and less confusing for sharing files with my team, though the mobile app can be a bit slow sometimes.

Reliable and improving over time
Started using this about 7 years ago and it’s definitely gotten smoother and more reliable over time. Syncing large files used to be a pain but now it rarely hiccups, which makes a big difference in my workflow.

Reliable syncing, sharing could improve
The file syncing is really reliable and fast, which saves me a ton of headaches. The sharing options are good, but sometimes I wish there were more controls over permissions.

Fixed our file chaos
We were constantly losing track of the latest versions of files when collaborating remotely, which made project updates a nightmare. Dropbox made it simple to keep everything synced automatically, so our team always had access to the most recent documents without endless email back-and-forth. The ability to share folders with specific people and control permissions saved us a lot of headaches. The only downside is occasional syncing delays with very large files, but overall it solved our version-control chaos.

Reliable file syncing tool
Tried Google Drive and OneDrive before, but Dropbox felt smoother when syncing large files and sharing with teammates. The only snag is sometimes the desktop app can be slow to update, but overall it’s been solid for my workflow.

Great Syncing, Sharing Works Well
The file syncing feature in Dropbox is super reliable—I never worry about missing files when switching between my laptop and phone. I also really appreciate how easy it is to share folders with colleagues without confusing permissions. That said, the search function could use some improvement; sometimes it misses files or takes too long to load results. Overall, it fits my day-to-day needs pretty well.

Reliable Syncing and Collaboration
The file syncing feature is super reliable and really saves me time when switching between devices. I also like the shared folder option for collaborating with my team, though sometimes the sync speed can lag a bit with larger files.

Simplified Remote Teamwork
Our team used to lose track of updated files when collaborating remotely, which caused a lot of headaches and duplicate work. Dropbox helped by keeping everything synced in real-time, so everyone always had access to the latest version without emailing files back and forth. The folder sharing feature made it easy for me to organize projects and give specific people access without any fuss. It’s not perfect—sometimes syncing can be a bit slow with large files—but overall it made remote teamwork way smoother.
