Quick and painless setup
Setup was super quick, had everything synced and running in about 10 minutes. The onboarding was clear enough that I didn't really have to dig around for answers. Only hiccup was figuring out some folder permissions, but overall it was smooth sailing.

Reliable syncing and sharing
Tried Google Drive and OneDrive before settling on Dropbox because its syncing is way more reliable, especially with large files. I appreciate how easy it is to share folders without messing up permissions, which was a hassle on the others. The interface is clean and gets out of the way, though I wish the pricing was a bit more flexible.

Solid for Team Collaboration
Our team of about 15 started using Dropbox mainly to keep all project files centralized. Getting everyone on board was easier than expected since the interface is straightforward, and it really helped speed up collaboration when multiple people needed to access the same documents simultaneously. The only snag is that syncing large files can sometimes be slow, but overall it keeps our workflow smooth.

Solid and easy to use
Love how easy it is to grab files on any device, but sometimes syncing takes a bit longer than I'd like.

Used to be great
After nearly a decade with Dropbox, it feels like the service has slowed down and become more expensive without improving key features. What used to be a reliable tool for my daily workflow now feels clunky and overpriced.

Solid file syncing tool
Dropbox works pretty smooth for keeping my files synced between my laptop and phone. Sometimes it takes a sec to update, but overall it’s super handy when I need to grab stuff on the go. Wish the free storage was a bit bigger tho.

Reliable file syncing
Had a hard time keeping project files synced between my desktop and laptop, which caused delays. Dropbox made it easy to access the latest version anywhere, saving me from constantly emailing files to myself.

Reliable syncing but sharing limits
The file syncing is super reliable and fast, which makes working across devices seamless. I wish the sharing options were a bit more flexible though.

Great for team file sharing
Our team of about 12 started using Dropbox a few months ago after the boss insisted we try it for file sharing. Getting everyone on board wasn’t too hard since the interface is straightforward, and it really helps keep all our project files in one place. Sometimes syncing gets a bit slow, but overall it’s made collaboration smoother.

Reliable and improving over time
Started using this about 7 years ago, and I’ve seen Dropbox get smoother and more reliable with every update. It’s become an essential part of how I manage files across devices, though sometimes syncing large folders still takes a bit longer than I’d like.
