Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting started with GetResponse was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding emails were clear and helpful, and I had my first campaign set up within an afternoon without too much hassle. There was a slight learning curve figuring out some of the automation features, but overall it felt straightforward.

Solid platform that keeps improving

Been with them for about 5 years now, and honestly, the platform has come a long way. At first, it felt a bit clunky and the interface was way less intuitive, but the updates over time have made things way smoother. I've seen new features added that actually help with automation and list management, which I didn't expect to get with my plan. Only downside is sometimes the support can be a bit slow when things get tricky.
