Setup was a headache
The onboarding was confusing and the setup took way longer than expected. There was barely any guidance, so I spent hours just trying to figure out the basics.

Smooth interface, late reminders
The drag-and-drop interface is super smooth and makes organizing tasks way easier than I expected. The only thing is the reminder notifications sometimes show up late, which can be annoying.

The real-time collaboration feature in Height has been a game changer for our team, making it so much easier to stay on the same page without endless email threads. I also really like how customizable the dashboards are — I was able to tailor views to match exactly how our projects flow. That said, the mobile app feels a bit clunky and could use some polish to make on-the-go updates smoother.

Used to be better
Been with Height for over 3 years and honestly, it’s lost a lot of what made it useful. Features feel slower to update and some bugs that used to be rare now happen way too often. Kinda frustrating when you relied on it daily.
