Great dashboards, alert setup tricky
The dashboard customization is really flexible and lets me slice data just how I want, which is super helpful. The alerting system works well but sometimes feels a bit clunky to set up.

Simple yet powerful BI tool
I gave Metabase a try after fiddling with Tableau and Looker, and I found it much easier to set up without needing a ton of training. Tableau has more advanced features but felt way too complex for what we needed, while Looker was pretty pricey and a bit rigid in customization. Metabase hit a sweet spot by letting me quickly create dashboards and share them with the team without jumping through hoops. The one downside is that some of the more detailed visualizations feel a bit basic compared to the others, but overall it's a solid choice for my use case.
