Solid choice for office apps
Tried Google Workspace first but switched to Microsoft 365 since the desktop apps just work better for me, especially Outlook and Excel. It’s a bit pricey, but I like having everything synced across devices without much hassle.

Better integration and polish
Switched from Google Workspace after a few years and gotta say, Microsoft 365 just feels more polished for what I do daily. I liked Google Docs for collaboration but found Excel and Outlook integration way smoother here, which saves me a lot of time. Also tried Zoho once but it didn't have the same level of app integration and felt kinda clunky. The only downside is that sometimes updates mess up my ribbon shortcuts, which is a bit annoying but fixable.

Solid and Improving Over Time
Started using Microsoft 365 about five years ago, and it's definitely come a long way since then. The integration between apps has improved a lot, making collaboration smoother, especially with Teams and OneDrive. Updates roll out pretty regularly, and I actually look forward to seeing what new features pop up. The only downside is that sometimes the subscription model feels a bit pricey if you don’t use all the apps frequently.

Good desktop integration, pricey
I switched from Google Workspace hoping for better integration with desktop apps, and Microsoft 365 delivers well on that front. However, I found the interface a bit clunky compared to the simplicity of Google Docs, and the pricing feels steeper for what you get. Still, the offline capabilities and Excel features make it worth sticking with for complex tasks.

Solved Document Chaos
Our team was drowning in version control issues with shared documents until we switched to Microsoft 365. The real-time collaboration and automatic saving features saved us from constantly emailing updated files back and forth, making project tracking way smoother. It’s not perfect, but it seriously cut down on confusion and duplicated work.

Helped with version control
Our small team was always losing track of document versions which caused a lot of confusion during projects. Using Microsoft 365 helped us sync and share files better, but the interface can get cluttered and some features feel unnecessary for simple tasks.

Solid for Team Collaboration
Our team of 12 switched to Microsoft 365 last quarter, and getting everyone comfortable was slower than I expected, but now collaboration feels way smoother, especially with real-time edits in Teams and SharePoint.

Good value despite price
The price feels a bit steep at first, but between the cloud storage and regular updates, it ends up saving me time and hassle, so worth the cost in the long run.

Mixed feelings on setup
Getting started with Microsoft 365 was a bit of a mixed bag for me. The initial setup took longer than I expected—probably around a couple of hours—and some steps were confusing, especially when integrating with existing systems. On the bright side, once things were up and running, the interface felt familiar and I had no trouble navigating most of the apps. Still, the onboarding docs could be clearer; I found myself Googling for answers more than I’d like.

Good value for the price
The subscription feels a bit pricey at first, but considering how often I use Word, Excel, and Outlook, it really ends up saving me time and hassle. For what I get—regular updates, cloud storage, and seamless collaboration—it’s definitely worth the investment. Small teams especially will find it offers great bang for the buck.
