Great collaboration, Outlook cluttered
The real-time collaboration in Word has been a lifesaver for my team, making edits super smooth. One thing though, the Outlook interface sometimes feels a bit cluttered and can slow me down.

Good value for daily use
The price feels a bit steep at first, but having all the apps and cloud storage really makes it worth it for me. I use it daily for work and it pays off in saved time and hassle.

Good storage, buggy Teams
The cloud storage is super handy for accessing files anywhere, but the Teams app crashes way too often, making collaboration frustrating at times.

Great for Team Collaboration
Our team of about 12 recently switched to Microsoft 365 after our manager insisted we move away from separate tools. Getting everyone on board was smoother than expected since the integration with Outlook and Teams helped centralize communication and file sharing. Collaboration feels more seamless now, especially when co-authoring documents in real time, which has saved us a lot of back-and-forth emails. The only hiccup has been occasional syncing delays, but overall it’s boosted our productivity and kept everyone on the same page.

Mixed setup experience
Getting everything set up was a mixed bag—some parts were quick and straightforward, but others took a lot of digging and trial to figure out. The onboarding docs helped, but there’s definitely a learning curve if you want to customize beyond basics.

Solved Document Collaboration Woes
Keeping track of shared documents across multiple projects was a nightmare until we started using Microsoft 365. The seamless real-time collaboration in Word and Excel saved us from version chaos and constant emailing files back and forth.

Solid all-around productivity suite
Switched from Google Workspace and really liked how Microsoft 365 integrates seamlessly with desktop apps like Word and Excel, making offline work easy. The Teams feature is a solid plus for remote collaboration, though sometimes it feels a bit clunky compared to Slack.

Mixed feelings on collaboration
Our team of about 10 started using Microsoft 365 last year mostly for collaboration on documents and scheduling. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a pain since some folks prefer other tools or just resist change, so adoption has been uneven. Still, it does help keep things in one place, though syncing issues and occasional lag can be frustrating.

Solid and reliable choice
Honestly, Microsoft 365 has been super handy for juggling work and personal stuff all in one place. I like how everything syncs up across my laptop and phone without any headaches. The collaboration features are a solid help when working with my team, though sometimes it feels a bit bloated with apps I barely use. Overall, it’s reliable and does what I need without too much fuss.

Solid collaboration tools
The real-time collaboration in Word is super smooth and really helps when working with a team, but sometimes OneDrive syncing gets a bit slow which can be frustrating.
