Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 8 started using Mouseflow mainly to understand user behavior on our web app. Getting everyone on board was a bit slow at first since some folks were skeptical about another tool, but once we saw the session replay features in action, it really clicked for us. The whole department has now switched over to it for user testing and bug tracking, which has improved how we collaborate on fixes. One minor gripe is that sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky, but overall it’s been a solid addition to our workflow.

Grows More Useful Over Time
Started using Mouseflow about three years ago, and I’ve seen it improve quite a bit over time. Steady improvement over time
Been with them for over three years now and honestly, the platform has come a long way since I started.
