Great for team collaboration

Our team of about 8 started using Mouseflow mainly to understand user behavior on our web app. Getting everyone on board was a bit slow at first since some folks were skeptical about another tool, but once we saw the session replay features in action, it really clicked for us. The whole department has now switched over to it for user testing and bug tracking, which has improved how we collaborate on fixes. One minor gripe is that sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky, but overall it’s been a solid addition to our workflow.

Grows More Useful Over Time

Started using Mouseflow about three years ago, and I’ve seen it improve quite a bit over time. The session replays and heatmaps are still my go-tos for understanding user behavior, and the newer features they've added recently really help with deeper analysis. Occasionally the interface feels a bit clunky, but overall it’s a solid tool that keeps getting better.

Helpful but setup tricky

Mouseflow’s pretty solid for tracking where folks click and scroll, helped me figure out what’s working on my site. Wish it was a bit easier to set up tho, took me a minute to get it right.

Quick and smooth setup

Smooth and Intuitive Tracking

Tried Hotjar and Crazy Egg before, but Mouseflow stood out with its smoother session recordings and more intuitive heatmaps. The setup was quick and the filtering options made it easier to pinpoint user behavior on my sites.

Simple and straightforward setup

Getting Mouseflow up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding emails and guides walked me through the key steps without feeling overwhelming. It took me around 20 minutes to have the tracking code properly implemented on my site and data flowing in. While there was a slight learning curve figuring out some of the deeper features, the basic setup was easy enough that I didn’t get stuck at all.

Smoother analytics experience

Switched from Hotjar after feeling like their session replays were a bit clunky, and Mouseflow just feels smoother and more intuitive to use. I also gave Crazy Egg a shot, but Mouseflow’s heatmaps and funnel tracking fit better with how I like to analyze user behavior. Overall, it’s reliable and straightforward, though I wish the pricing was a bit more flexible for smaller teams.

Worth the investment for insights

Mouseflow's pricing felt a bit steep at first, especially compared to some other tools out there, but after a few months it really paid for itself. The insights we've gained helped us fix key UX issues that boosted conversions, so the return on investment makes it worth the cost. For smaller teams, it might be a bit much, but if you rely on user behavior data, it's definitely great value. Overall, the features and data quality justify the price in my experience.

Steady improvement over time

Been with them for over three years now and honestly, the platform has come a long way since I started. Early on, the UI felt a bit clunky and sometimes lagged, but recent updates have smoothed that out nicely. The session replay feature still blows me away with how detailed it is, helping me catch issues that analytics alone wouldn't show. Would love if they improved their customer support response times though, sometimes it takes a bit longer than I’d like.
