Really useful for UX insights
Mouseflow has been pretty solid for checking out how people actually use my site. The session recordings and heatmaps give a nice peek into what’s working and what’s not, which has helped me fix some annoying UX issues. Sometimes the dashboard feels a bit clunky and takes a moment to load, but overall it’s a handy tool that does what I need without much hassle.

Used to be better
Started using this about 3 years ago and honestly, it’s felt like the product has gone downhill since then. Features that used to work well now lag or don’t function as expected, and support response times have gotten worse. Feels like they stopped paying attention to long-term users like me.
