Smooth security upgrade

Our team of about 12 started using Ping Identity after the IT lead pushed for better security around single sign-on and access management. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks since some folks were hesitant about changing their login routines, but the training sessions helped smooth the transition. Now that we've all adapted, collaboration has improved because we spend less time resetting passwords or dealing with access issues. Overall, it’s made managing user credentials way easier for the whole department.

Smooth and straightforward setup

The onboarding guides were clear and setup didn’t take long at all. There was a bit of a learning curve with some of the advanced features, but overall it was straightforward to get things up and running quickly.

Simplified Identity Management

We were drowning in managing multiple identity providers for our apps, and Ping Identity made it way easier to centralize everything without too much hassle. The setup was a bit confusing at first, but once running, it really cut down our login issues across platforms.

Reliable with room to grow

Started using Ping Identity about 5 years ago and it's definitely improved since then. Some features feel a bit clunky at times, but overall it's been reliable and the support has gotten better.

Good SSO, clunky policy UI

The single sign-on feature works pretty smoothly and saved us a lot of hassle, but the user interface for managing policies feels clunky and unintuitive, making simple tasks more frustrating than they should be.

Great SSO, tricky setup

The single sign-on feature works seamlessly and has saved us a ton of time. The adaptive authentication is useful but could be more intuitive to set up.

We were struggling to manage secure single sign-on across multiple cloud apps, and Ping Identity finally made the process smooth and reliable. The setup took some time, but once configured, it greatly reduced login issues for our team.

Simplified SSO management

Our team was drowning in managing multiple identity providers and keeping SSO seamless across apps. Ping Identity helped us unify user access, cutting down login issues significantly, but the setup was more complicated than expected and the UI isn’t very intuitive for admins.

Good value but pricey entry

The pricing felt a bit steep for what we initially got, especially considering some features we needed were locked behind higher tiers. That said, once everything was set up, it did deliver decent ROI by cutting down on support tickets and login issues. Overall, it’s decent value but I wish the entry cost was more accessible for smaller teams.

Good features, bit pricey

The pricing feels a bit steep for what we actually use, but it hasn't caused major issues. If you're after solid security features, it might be worth it, though I expected a better ROI by now.
