Solid password manager

Using OneLogin has made managing passwords way less of a headache for my team. The setup was pretty quick and it mostly just works without me having to babysit it. Would love if the mobile app was a bit smoother though.

Decent but has flaws

Tried Okta and Auth0 before settling on OneLogin for its simpler interface, but the occasional glitches and limited customization make it less reliable for larger teams. It works fine for basic needs, though.

Simplified Team Logins

Managing multiple app logins across our growing team was a nightmare until we switched to OneLogin. It streamlined everything with easy single sign-on and saved us hours of password resets and confusion every week.

Smooth team adoption overall

Our team of about 15 switched to OneLogin a few months ago after the boss insisted we try it for managing all our app logins. Getting everyone on board wasn’t too hard, though a couple of folks grumbled about the initial setup. Once we were all in, it made sharing credentials way simpler and saved us a bunch of time, especially when onboarding new team members. The only minor gripe is that sometimes the mobile app can be a bit slow, but overall it’s been a solid tool for us.

Simpler and smoother setup

Switched from Okta after struggling with its complexity, and OneLogin felt much more straightforward to set up without losing key features. Compared it to Azure AD too, but OneLogin’s interface just clicks better for our team.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting OneLogin up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding materials were clear, and I had most of it set up within a couple of hours without needing much help. There was a slight learning curve with some of the advanced features, but overall it was straightforward.

Reliable and Improving Over Time

Started using OneLogin around five years ago, and I've noticed it getting steadily better, especially with their user interface and integration options. At first, it felt a bit clunky and sometimes slow, but updates have smoothed most of that out. The multi-factor authentication has been reliable and easy to manage, which is a huge plus for our security needs. Overall, it's become a solid part of our workflow, even if there are occasional hiccups with less common apps.

Smooth setup with minor quirks

Setup was surprisingly straightforward and I had the core system running in just a couple hours. The onboarding materials were helpful, though I did have to dig into some forums to figure out a few quirks with our identity providers. Overall, the learning curve wasn’t too steep, but be ready to spend a bit of time if you want to customize beyond the basics. Definitely easier than some other identity tools I’ve tried.

Mixed feelings on OneLogin

Our team of about 15 started using OneLogin last year when the boss decided we needed better access control. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a struggle since some folks found the interface confusing at first. Overall, it’s decent for streamlining logins, but occasional glitches and slow support sometimes slow down our workflow.

Great SSO, mobile app lags

The single sign-on feature works really well and saves us a ton of time logging into different apps. Though the mobile app sometimes lags, overall it's reliable for what we need.
