Great balance of features and control
I gave PrestaShop a try after testing out Shopify and WooCommerce, and it stood out mainly because of how customizable it is without needing to dive into complex coding. Shopify was easier to get started with, but felt limiting once I wanted unique features. WooCommerce had good flexibility but involved juggling multiple plugins and updates, which got messy. PrestaShop struck a nice balance with a solid built-in feature set and a decent marketplace for add-ons, making it easier to scale without too much hassle.

Solid value for cost
PrestaShop's pricing felt fair for what I get, especially since the platform is open-source and you only pay for hosting and add-ons. It’s definitely saved me money compared to other options, and the ROI showed up quickly with increased sales.

Good catalog, clunky checkout
The product catalog management in PrestaShop is actually really flexible and made organizing my items easier than I expected. On the other hand, the checkout process felt clunky and confusing for customers, which definitely hurt sales a bit. Would be great if that part was smoother.

Better product management, but clunky
We were struggling to manage multiple product variations without cluttering the backend, and PrestaShop's combination feature helped organize everything much better than before. It made uploading and tracking inventory easier, but the interface still feels a bit clunky and some features require extra modules that cost more.

Better inventory management
Trying to manage inventory across multiple product lines was a nightmare before switching to PrestaShop. This platform helped me keep stock organized and track orders more efficiently, which saved a lot of time. That said, the learning curve was steep and some plugins didn’t work as smoothly as I hoped.

Better variant management but clunky
We were struggling to manage multiple product variants with clear inventory tracking, and PrestaShop actually helped organize it better than our previous setup. It made handling different sizes and colors way easier, but the interface can be clunky at times and some features felt half-baked. Still, it solved a big headache for us, even if it’s not perfect.

Helped with inventory chaos
We were drowning in managing multiple product variants manually, which was eating up a lot of time. PrestaShop helped by streamlining the inventory options and made updating stock way easier, but the interface felt clunky and not very intuitive at times. It solved the biggest headache but still needed some polish for day-to-day use.

Decent but a bit clunky
Our team of eight adopted PrestaShop to manage our online store, but getting everyone comfortable with the backend took a while since it's not the most intuitive. Collaboration was a bit rough at first because some features felt clunky, and not everyone was on the same page. Overall, it works okay for basic needs, but we ran into some limitations as our workload grew.

Good balance of control and ease
Switched from Shopify after feeling limited with customization options, and compared it to WooCommerce before settling on PrestaShop. I liked that it gave me more control over the design without needing to mess with too much code, plus the built-in features were pretty solid for managing inventory and payments.

Great Catalog and SEO Tools
The product catalog management is exactly what we needed to keep our inventory organized and easy to update. The built-in SEO tools also work great for driving traffic, though the checkout process could be smoother for customers.
