Better value and versatile features
Switched from Mailchimp after struggling with their pricing and found Sendinblue much easier on the budget while still offering solid automation features. Compared it to Constant Contact too, but Sendinblue’s SMS and transactional email options made it a better fit for my small business needs. The interface isn’t the flashiest, but it gets the job done without feeling overwhelming.

Mixed feelings on setup
The onboarding was straightforward enough, and I had the basics set up in about an hour. However, diving deeper into the more advanced features was confusing and required a lot of trial and error. The interface isn’t the most intuitive, so there was definitely a learning curve that slowed me down. Overall, not the smoothest start but not a total headache either.

Easy and Saves Time

Started using Sendinblue about three years ago, and while they’ve definitely added useful features over time, the interface can still feel clunky and unintuitive. Their email deliverability has been solid, but customer support sometimes takes too long to respond. Overall, it’s okay for basic campaigns, but I’ve seen better tools out there for the price.

Great email editor and SMS tool
The drag-and-drop email editor is exactly what we needed to quickly create clean, professional newsletters without any coding. I also really appreciate the SMS marketing feature—it’s straightforward and helps us reach customers who don’t always check their email. That said, the reporting dashboard could be a bit more intuitive and detailed to help track campaign performance better.
