Cut False Positives Drastically

Our team was constantly overwhelmed by ransomware alerts that turned out to be false positives, which made it tough to focus on real threats. SentinelOne's automated response and clear incident reports helped us quickly identify genuine issues and cut down on wasted time triaging harmless alerts. It’s made our security workflow a lot smoother, though the initial setup took a bit longer than expected.

Super reliable and easy

SentinelOne just works without me needing to babysit it, caught a few sneaky threats that other stuff missed.

Strong Detection, Slow Rollback

The real-time threat detection is exactly what we needed to catch issues before they escalate. The rollback feature is helpful too, but sometimes it feels a bit slow to fully restore after an attack.

Reliable and user-friendly endpoint security

Switched from CrowdStrike after dealing with some stability issues and found SentinelOne's interface much more intuitive. Compared it to Malwarebytes too, but SentinelOne’s real-time threat detection felt more reliable and required less manual tweaking. The automated remediation saved us a ton of time, and I’ve noticed fewer false positives compared to what we had before.

Easy team adoption

Our team of 8 was hesitant at first, but once the whole department switched to SentinelOne, collaboration on threat responses got way smoother and faster. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks, but now it feels like a natural part of our workflow.

Smooth and reliable endpoint protection

Switched from CrowdStrike after running into some performance hiccups, and SentinelOne just feels smoother and less resource-heavy on our machines. Compared it to Carbon Black too, but SentinelOne’s detection seemed faster and less noisy with false alerts, which saved us a lot of headaches.

Reliable and improving over time

Started using SentinelOne about three years ago, and I've definitely noticed improvements, especially in how it handles threats without slowing down my system. The interface has become much more user-friendly, which helps since I'm not a full-time IT guy. Occasionally, the alerts can be a bit too frequent, but overall it's been reliable and caught things other software missed. I’d say it’s solid for long-term protection and keeps getting better with updates.

Strong detection, clunky dashboard

The real-time threat detection is solid and has caught things other tools missed, which gives me peace of mind. The dashboard is okay but could be more intuitive for quick insights.

Worth the investment overall

SentinelOne is definitely on the pricier side compared to some other options we've looked at, but honestly, it’s been worth every penny. The return on investment showed pretty quickly once it caught threats that other tools missed, saving us time and potential headaches. For our mid-sized team, the cost feels justified given the level of automation and the reduction in manual work. Just wish the billing process was a bit more straightforward, but overall, great value for what you get.

Smooth team security upgrade

Our team of about 10 started using SentinelOne after the boss pushed for better endpoint security. Getting everyone on board took a bit, mostly because the alerts were a bit overwhelming at first, but now it feels like we’re all more confident about what’s running on our devices. Collaboration between IT and the rest of us has definitely smoothed out since switching over.
