Strong detection, needs smoother reports

The real-time threat detection feature has saved us multiple times by catching suspicious activity almost instantly, which is exactly what we needed to stay ahead of attacks. I also appreciate the automated remediation process—it handles threats without much manual intervention, freeing up our time. However, the reporting dashboard can be a bit clunky and sometimes takes a moment longer than I'd like to load detailed reports.

Solid detection, decent automation

The threat detection feature really catches stuff fast, which saved us from a few headaches. The response automation is helpful but could be a bit more flexible for custom workflows.

Stopped ransomware in its tracks

Our company was constantly dealing with ransomware alerts that our previous solution couldn’t properly handle, leaving us exposed and stressed. SentinelOne’s automated response and rollback feature actually stopped a real attack in its tracks, saving us hours of recovery work. It’s been a relief knowing it actively protects endpoints without needing a lot of manual intervention. The one downside is the occasional false positive that requires some extra checking, but overall it’s made a huge difference for us.

Stopped ransomware in its tracks

We were constantly battling ransomware attempts that slipped past our existing antivirus, causing a lot of downtime and stress. SentinelOne’s real-time detection and automatic rollback saved us from multiple attacks that could have crippled our operations. The system’s ability to isolate threats quickly without manual intervention made a huge difference for our small IT team. While the setup took some time to get used to, it’s been a reliable shield ever since.

Reliable and Improving Over Time

Started using this about three years ago, and it's definitely improved since the early days. The detection accuracy has gotten sharper, and the interface feels more intuitive now. Overall, it's been solid protection without much hassle on my end.

Strong AI detection, dashboard cluttered

The behavioral AI detection is really solid and caught threats that other tools missed, which gave me peace of mind. The console dashboard is pretty intuitive, but sometimes it feels a bit cluttered when managing multiple endpoints.

Solid security, easy adoption

Our team of about 12 rolled out SentinelOne after our manager pushed for better endpoint security. Getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected since the interface is pretty straightforward, and it didn’t slow down our machines much. We had a few hiccups at first with alert fatigue, but once we fine-tuned the settings, it helped us catch some suspicious activity early. Overall, the collaboration between the IT and security teams improved because we had more visibility and could act faster.

Smooth security adoption

Our team of eight was hesitant at first, but once everyone saw how SentinelOne caught threats before they caused issues, adoption was smooth. The IT lead pushed for the switch, and now collaboration feels easier since we’re all on the same security platform with clear visibility. It’s made our day-to-day less stressful knowing we’re covered.

Good value despite price

SentinelOne is a bit pricey compared to some other options, but honestly, the peace of mind and time it saves me is worth it. The ROI shows up when you avoid headaches from security breaches, so it pays for itself in my book. Small teams might find it on the higher side, but for us, it's a solid investment.

Solid Detection, Dashboard Needs Work

The automated threat detection really catches things before they become a problem, which saved us a few headaches. The dashboard, however, can be a bit clunky and slow at times.
